Photo Shoot
Hey GK ~ that was soooooo weird, but toooo cool to run into you last Sunday during shooting :) It was GREAT to FINALLY meet you in person, you were a totally down to earth guy & seem to be a true sweetheart! It was a pleasure working with you, & I would love to work with again in the future, when you begin shooting again. I, myself,am somewhat out of shape (and NOT happy about it!!), due to being sick ALL Summer long, & unable to work out, or much of anything else for that matter ~ (that's another story I'll have to tell you)..
I know you, yourself,are on the road to recovery still, and I wish you ALL the best with your recovery, and in your BB Competition ~ give 'em all you got! I KNOW you will!

I met George in 1999 which at the time I as a male at 5ft 11in was only 142lbs. George put me on a diet and work out rountine, personnally trained me and by Nov. 01 when I moved to AZ I was 189lbs and extremely tight. George is a good person and was a good friend. I emailed him a contact with my phone number as well as we lost touch over the past 6yrs. It is awsome that I stumbled across you on the net to see that you have achieved so much. Looking forward to hearing from you brother.

Nice seeing u at the LV Show
George, when I worked out at Golds Gym, u inspired me by ur commitment, and the way u trained! I used love to watch ur form and learned alot just my watching. Trying not to be noticed that i was watching. But, just watching u I learned the proper form on alot. Thank you!
And seeing u at the LHV show just reminded me of how much I learned.
You are an amazing bodybuilder and person, you have so much to offer in knowledge and the love u show for people is what makes the room light up when your around.
Good Luck in your tornaments in the fall. I will be watching!

George I have been bodybuilding for 21 years. I am natural (not to dog drugs)! I didn't win my first overall NPC show until 2003 (I actually won 2 overalls out of 3 that yr). My goal is to go to the Natural Nationals Team Universe in NYC July 14th.
This is the first time I've competed since 2003. I loved winning and would love to get a pro card. I think it's tough with Female Bodybuilding where it is today. I have followed the ladies for many years and to me Figure is the kinder/easier route to take.
(No offense Figure ladies)! I am an athlete first and foremost. I want to be hitting metal till the day I take my last breath! I agree it strenthens more than the body.
